AMERICA SINGS! Bill Bailey, Won't You Please Come Home
It's incredible to think this animatronic spectacle in Tomorrowland closed 20 years ago. I was such a fan, I videotaped the show five times on its final day, each time from a different vantage point.

The fanciful character design was pure genius (nod to Marc Davis up in Heaven) and inspired me as a child more than anything else in the park.

Well, I am almost positive that I've seen this familiar face in the showboat finale of Splash Mountain!

Thanks Kevin!

Now that's entertainment! While America Sings is sadly and sorely missed (especially with it's "replacement" Innoventions: which is worse than the building being vacant for upteen years---at lease a goodly amount of these figures live on in Splash Mountain. And yes I too pine for Kevin and Jody to be pumping out unique and incredible Disneyland collectibles again!
